At Bakers Choice, we believe that we rise by lifting others and networking with industry professionals
and other stake holders has been one of the major factors behind our success. Therefore in line with this
philosophy, we are proud to announce our brand partners.
Amongst the many amazing things we hope to achieve with our brand partners, they will be sharing
from time to time baking video tips and recipes, how to on the unique use of some baking product. They
will also be part of the panel of judges for the Bakers Choice ultimate bake-off competition.

Deyemi Okanlawon:
Deyemi was born into a family of bakers. He is a graduate of engineering from the unity of Lagos and a
successful entrepreneur. He is also a celebrity and a popular Nollywood star. He will be our host for the bake-
off contest.
Aderonke Oloyede is the CEO of @ronniexcakes. A professional to the core. And just as a way of reminder,
this amazing baking queen made the giant cake for the Alaafin of Oyo’s daughter’s Royal wedding in 2019.

Mrs Iwuama: She’s got that charm that makes you smile anytime you meet her. She is calm yet
preofessionally very objective. Meet Mrs Iwuama, creative director, @zioncakes_08039535604 based in
Warri.
Obi Uzuoma Judith: Beautiful, lovely and skillful with her trade, name it she’s got it! Let’s meet Obi Uzoma,
founder of @uzzycakesnbakes .A graduate of Geology/Physics, this lady does wonders with her craft as a
baker.
Ojulari Obiola: She’s got 13 solid years in the baking industry, 12 years with bakers choice and over 200
students trained. Meet Ojulari Abiola, the CEO of @abycakes_mbs and a protege of the cake boss, Buddy
Valastro
Meet Mrs Amie Amaonye, CEO, @fluffydivacakes With multiple exposure in the baking world both home
and abroad, she sure does know what it means to always have the best baking products for everything
confectionery
Meet Laide Owoade, @cakes_by_la Creator of the viral N5m cake for a former Nigerian president and the
giant Royal Castle Cake for MAADS2020.
And here comes the brilliant Odunayo Taiwo, CEO, @oduncreamzcakes With multiple awards to her kitty,
including 2 from the 6th Top Bakers Awards, Outstanding Performance (Female) and Best in Show, Odunayo
is a force to reckone with
Barbara Ndugbu: Is the CEO, Oven Secrets, known for its unique statement cakes. This lady packs
a punch in every sense of it. A graduate of Electrical Electronics Engineering from Anambra state
University, an MBA in Oil and Gas Management from the Coventry University, London and a
graduate of Fair Cake Premier School, Greenwich, London, She has created over 1000+ amazing
cake designs, and trained over 500 students.
Meet the creative Soremekun Opeoluwa… when you talk cake Calligraphy, he’s your plug. He’s the
creator of the Treating Cake Unusual 0.1 show and an author.
Let’s meet Philip Moses, CEO @philspassion, he was the first runner up, Bakers Choice Fondant
Challenge 2020, a graduate of sociology and a baker with an enchanting baking skill.
Meet Mark Henrietta Ogochukwu, the creative director of Henriemaccakes, cake
blogger @cakeitwithhenrietta and the current Bake & Earn programme. A graduate of Industrial
Chemistry turned Cake artist.
She’s an excellent cake decorator skilled not only in adorning cakes with unique embellishments to
make cakes look like real-life replica but also have in-depth knowledge of hand craft baking
techniques, ingredients and recipes.
Over the course of her baking & blogging adventure, She has taken part in the Millac Gold
baking/cooking competition 2018 where she got the 2nd runner up title and has also taught in few
cake show events including a baking class at Lagos Wealth Senatorial District Programme ( an
empowerment and skill acquisition program)
Meet the unique Daniel Chukwudi, a pro baker whose passion and interest have seen him achieve
so much more than you could imagine. He’s one baker that is self-taught and has seen his passion
propel him to do amazing baking crafts.
Onyekwere Nelson Michael: is a pastry chef and food photographer. He is presently a chef
instructor at one of the best culinary schools in Nigeria. When it comes to food photography and the
business of it, Nelson is your plug anytime. He has redefined capturing still life photographs of food
and has worked with various brands like bakers choice, GTBank, Mamador, Maggi, Declan wine,
etc. his work has been featured on televisions and different social media.
Meet the winner of our maiden edition of the #BakersChoiceFondantChallenege, Oyindamola
Adeleke, CEO @honeyvelvetcakes . A graduate of animal science in both first and second degree.
And finally meet our newest brand ambassador and the final member of our panel of judges for
the #BakersChoiceUltimateBakeOff. Meet the brilliant, lovely, passionate and business savvy
Tareela Okene, the creative director of @dripplescakes.
Tareela is one of those you can’t talk baking in Nigeria without mentioning her name/brand. With
certifications home and abroad, over 18 years of baking experience, a wide array of clientele and
several awards to attest to her creative prowess, we’re super excited to present her to you all.
